By applying a “h-shaped taper” to its stiff XH-power tip, this rod enables you to accurately cast heavy lures into tight spots — along banks, near shallow cover, or under overhangs — with precision and a quiet landing.
It allows for delicate, precise control of lures through twitches, reeling jerks, or shake retrieves, and during high-speed “grip and wind” retrieves, it prevents over-pulling the lure, letting it move with a seductive, natural action.
When paused, the taper helps create natural line slack, adding to the lure’s realism.
