At YOKI Tackle Fishing Gear Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
